Curry Scissors Rice (Super Nice!)
My favourite curry 'scissors' rice with lots of curry and black soya sauces! A mixed rice with chicken wings, pork chops, pork meat, cabbages, bean sprouts! Most important is the super sauce. Every night this eating place has a long queue. Find them at Kitchener Road Singapore. Well, the place is named as scissors rice because they use a black scissors to cut up the meat. Have a look at the nice saucy plates of rice!
Kallang Riverside Park Singapore
Sunset walk along Kallang Riveside Park Singapore. Enjoyable experience with many people having their activities along the riverside park like running, fishing, walk with the kids, looking at birds and feeding the fishes. Singapore has changed over the last 20 years. The environment is better and as I reflect of this Kallang Riverside park the place use to be dirty and messy. Now the place is better. I even saw a night heron at close up!

Kopi Luwak civet cat coffee
Kopi luwak or civet coffee, is one of the world's most expensive and low-production varieties of coffee. It is made from the beans of coffee berries which have been eaten by the Asian Palm Civet and other related civets, then passed through its digestive tract. A civet eats the berries for their fleshy pulp. In its stomach, proteolytic enzymes seep into the beans, making shorter peptides and more free amino acids. Passing through a civet's intestines the beans are then defecated, keeping their shape. After gathering, thorough washing, sun drying, light roasting and brewing, these beans yield an aromatic coffee with much less bitterness, widely noted as the most expensive coffee in the world.
Kopi luwak is produced mainly on the islands of Sumatra, Java, Bali and Sulawesi in the Indonesian Archipelago, and also in the Philippines. Very Expensive Coffee - SGD $20

Jia Xiang Duck Kolo Mee
Had a delicious Jia Xiang duck kolo mee at Nex Singapore. The duck meat was succulent and sprinkled with black pepper for extra Ooomph! The Kolo mee is same type as the famous Sarawak Kolo mee. Guess they directly import the mee from Sarawak, Malaysia.
Overall, the meal was nice and think will go and eat again! Yummy.

Sungei Bulouh Nature Park
Sungei Bulouh was gazetted as Asean Heritage site in 2004 (i Think!). Today action in Sungei Bulouh was small, not many birds or nice animals. Well, Singapore is a transit point for many birds and these birds use Sungei Bulouh as a stopping point. Will go again when the migration of birds happens during the later half of the year.

The art of PITCHING
1. Explain yourself in the 1st minute - keep in mind your audience is waiting for you to answer 1 qn: What does your organisation do?
2. Answer the Little Man: Imagine the little man sitting on your shoulder whispering: "So what?"
Always answer the little man first.
3. Know your audience: what is important to your audience
4. Observe the 10/20/30 rule. 10 slides, 20 minutes, 30point font text. 10 slides are:
- Title, Problem, Solution, Business Model, Underlying Magic, Marketing and Sales, Competition, Management Team, Financial projection and key statistics, Current status, accomplishments, timeline and use of funds
5. Pitch constantly- the best way to achieve familiarity is to keep your pitch over and over again.

Law of value ; Law of influence
The Law of Value: Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.

Success
Ralph Waldo Emerson
What is success?
To laugh often and much;
to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children;
to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;
to appreciate beauty;
to find the best in others;
to leave the world a bit better;
whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or redeemed social condition;
to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded.
