Tropical Christmas in Singapore 2012

Orchard Road in Singapore came alive with many shoppers during this Christmas period in Singapore. The lights were up for Christmas along Orchard Road. Mrupupup had a 'tropical' Christmas in Singapore. This year many people commented that the lights were not very nice. Well, Mrupupup felt great with all the lights and hope it would happen every year. The lights looked like lesser as compared to last year and the design of the Christmas lights were not very interesting. Anyway, Mrupupup enjoyed Orchard Road with children singing, nativity scenes set up and roman soldiers walking around like in some 'roman city'. It was great fun walking around, taking many pictures in Orchard Road and shopping too!

Baker Talent - Very new bakery!

Mrupupup spotted a new bakery in the Serangoon Central area (Singapore). Baker Talent Bakery is located in Blk 261 Serangoon Central and bakes a certain type of bread with butter or blueberry in the middle. When Mrupupup order the breads, the taste was nice and soft. The breads are on promotion now, where got bread in Singapore sell for 60 cents, very cheap. Baker Talent also has many new flavours - peanut, tuna, custard, custard egg (very nice when eaten hot!), polo bread. etc. The Bakers are talented to make nice and cheap bread.

Trip to Seoul - Incheon Airport food court

Mrupupup went to Seoul, South Korea. It was a great trip. I loved Seoul after since the K-wave swept through our TV screens. Many things to see in South Korea. Here goes the trip day 1. Landed in Seoul transit via Kuala Lumpur. The airport in Seoul is pretty clean place. You can check out the eating place 'Food on Air' that serves decent Korean food at good prices. Go to the basement level of the arrival hall of the airport. The basement food court of Incheon Airport served a nice set of dumplings and bibimbap for late breakfast or lunch. Pretty nice and hot food after a long flight.
